Araya Hope foundation holding flood relief benefit Aug. 23

Araya Hope Relief Foundation along with Holy Communion Lutheran Church has launched a Racine County Flood Relief effort to aid victims affected by the recent storms. Racine has recently been declared as a disaster site and many families are still left homeless or living in hazardous and unsanitary conditions because of the damage the flooding caused.

Araya Hope Relief Foundation is sponsoring it’s first fundraiser, Tournament of Champions, on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Hiawatha Bar & Grill in Sturtevant beginning at 1:00 p.m. The event will consist of several tournaments (darts, pool, horseshoes, golf, dartball, and washers), food, prizes, raffles, silent auction, and more! Tournament prices are a $10 donation in advance or $15 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Racine County flood victims. For more information contact Araya Hope Relief Foundation at 262-995-7535 or arayahoperacine@gmail.com. .
