Nina Ferraro, a 13-year-old singer/ songwriter/ guitarist recently won a talent competition to perform at the Taste of Chicago, the only Wisconsin resident to play there.
A music student at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago, she performs folk/ alternative/ acoustic music.
She will be performing at JavaVino, at 424 Main St., on Saturday, July 19, at 8 p.m. Admission is free.
JavaVino is a smoke free, coffee and wine shop offering free foreign film nights on Saturdays, and live musicians on Fridays. Music varies from Jazz, blues, acoustic classic rock, to Latin and original local sounds.
