Stand for Peace with RCPJ

The Racine Coalition for Peace & Justice will hold its monthly stand for peace from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, at the southeast corner of Highways 20 and 31 in Racine (the Hobby Lobby parking lot). Future sessions will be on July 19 and Aug. 16.

Other activities include Iraq Moratorium Day, at Water and Wisconsin in Milwaukee, from 5 to 6 p.m. Information from Peace Action Wisconsin, 414/964-5158.

And on Thursday, June 19, the organization will hold its regular meeting. RCPJ meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7 p.m. at the César Chávez Community Center, 2221 Douglas Avenue (access and parking off Charles Street). All are welcome.
