The City of Racine’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department will be offering four block buster family featured films on a big screen beginning at dusk (about 8:30 p.m.) starting June 28th.
The first film, “Shrek the Third,” will be shown Saturday, June 28th at Solbraa Park, 3825 - 16th Street; the second film, “The Water Horse-Legends of the Deep,” will be shown on Friday, July 25th at Lockwood Park, 4300 Graceland Blvd.; the third film, “We Are Marshall,” will be shown on Saturday, August 2nd at the Tyler-Domer Community Center, 2301 - 12th Street (next to Park High School); and the final film in the series is “Ratatouille” which will be shown on Friday, August 22nd at Douglas Park next to the Cesar Chavez Center, 2221 Douglas Ave.
All movies are free and will be shown weather permitting. All guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, bug spray, soft drinks, and snacks.
