
A class in Capoeira will be taught on Thursday, May 22, at Kenosha's Bradford Community Church, 5810 Eighth Ave.
Capoeira is an African Brazilian dance with elements of music and martial arts, that began in the 16th Century.
The Milwaukee capoeira group will be conducting the workshop. The fee is $25, and advance registration is preferred; call (414) 732-8379. Participants are asked to wear athletic clothes and shoes. The class will be taught by Mestre Angola (Salvador, Brazil) and Professor Jim (Los Angeles)
